New deck added 2022! Central AC added 2021. Cute cottage in a wooded setting. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, dining area and deck. Cottage is completely furnished with blankets, linens, towels and cooking utensils. Cottage also has toaster, coffee pot, gas grill, outdoor dining table, microwave, cable TV, internet, washer and dryer, games and puzzles. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, accessible through the slider in the living room, or warm yourself during the cool summer nights at the fire-pit in the spacious yard.
NOTE: one dog under 40lbs is allowed and no other pets are allowed. Please be sure you have included and paid the pet fee on VRBO (by checking the box marked "Pets"). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please do not leave a dog unattended in the cottage or if you must leave for a short period, make sure the dog is in a crate. Summary: I normally do not give anything a 5 star rating because there is always room for improvement. But I have to say I do not know what else the owners could do to make this any better! Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of games and books if you have children. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, Plenty of room to park a boat by the garage. Just an all around nice property.
